It was great stay, I didn't want to leave and will come back. The hotel was nice, I really enjoyed its helpful staff. The room was modern, fantastic and the decor there was nice.

the room was brand-new and neat, offered television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. the staff was very amiable and fabulously helpful in managing every request. location: the hotel was near the downtown, and morning flight.

The rooms are fantastic and modern with an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a DVD player. The location is favourable and magnificent, close to MTR.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Lobby Lounge, which served as a fantastic venue for both relaxed dining and productive meetings. It felt like a combination of a stylish restaurant and a professional office, with the integrated business service catering to my needs. The atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both work and socializing.

Cold breakfast food.

Staff here were amazing and super friendly. the room was really up-to-date with a TV that had tons of channels, good air conditioning, and a safe for our stuff. the bed was extra cozy 😊.

Excellent location, helpful staff, great buffet, peaceful atmosphere, new and well-managed hotel. Spa and pool facilities are of high quality. Conveniently located near the airport with a variety of food choices nearby.

Hard to think of anything.

We recently stayed at a hotel located just across from the Shenzhen airport and we were pleasantly surprised by some aspects of our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the location was amazing for our early morning flight. We appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport as well as the ample parking space provided.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we found to be a bit disappointing. The soundproofing could have been better as we could hear some noise from the hallway.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel linked by a walkway to the airport terminal. The location is very convenient as it is very close to the airport and has easy transportation options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, particularly the pool and spa. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a nice variety of both Asian and Western dishes.

Not obvious to find: we had some difficulty locating the hotel upon arrival.

The service at Hyatt Regency was exceptional. We arrived late and exhausted, but the staff quickly checked us in and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the delicious buffet dinner, offering a wide variety of options. The pool and spa facilities were also impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and top-notch service.

My one-day stay at Hyatt was truly enjoyable. After my flight was cancelled, I decided to book a room at this fabulous hotel near the airport. The location was excellent, with a convenient 5-minute walkway to the departures area. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious, with great amenities. I also had access to the pool, gym, spa, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner. Hyatt was the perfect choice for a short stay at the airport.

Would recommend this hotel.

stayed at a great hotel by the airport, loved the market cafe with its wide variety of food options, room was beautiful and had a good shower, easy access to the hotel via connecting bridge from the airport, staff were attentive and spoke English, will definitely come back!

The Lobby Lounge is the perfect place for a relaxed meal or a stylish meeting, but who needs disposable toothbrushes, razors, and nail files anyways?

Didn't like the fact that they no longer provide disposable items. Guess I'll have to bring my own toothbrush and comb next time.

Great location for a quick airport stay, with easy access to the airport check-in through an indoor walkway. quick and convenient to take metro line 11 station. Rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and bathrooms with good amenities. The gym is well-equipped and the hotel is in close proximity to plenty of dining options.

The breakfast buffet can be a bit slow to open for early morning flights.

Incredible value for money with impressive rooms, superb breakfast, and convenient location near the airport. The staff is exceptional and the walkway to the departures is just minutes away. The hotel offers a great gym and a quiet, beautifully designed atmosphere. A perfect choice for a short stay near the airport with easy access to the city.
